Licia and Victor have been assisting us for years with the purchase, management, and sale of our properties in Miami. This year, we decided to sell the last apartment we owned in the U.S. We listed it for sale and sold it within 3 days. However, just days before closing, we found out that due to some issues with the building’s insurance, the sale could only go through with a 20% or higher down payment.
After much effort, persistence, and professionalism on their part, they managed to find a lender who made the sale possible with a 20% down payment. In other words, their resilience and expertise made the impossible possible.
